Use to have a great guy working the front now the service and all around politeness and abilities are lacking.
Worst Post Office service I have ever experienced. The latest 'mix -up' by the Evansville USPS was a 'Change of Address' request. They told me at the office that the clown who delivers the mail in my neighborhood (W. Main St) read the date wrong, so I stopped getting my mail weeks before I should have. I had to deal missing mail(?) with this while moving/traveling and changing jobs.. Good riddance EV USPS!
Bad customer service and will not help anyone. I really hope they hire better people
The Ladies that actually work in the office are extremely rude. They have absolutely no costumer service.
My package was out for delivery. It says they have till 9pm to deliver it. Nope, it’s back at the post office 40 min before they close as “available for pick up”. I have an idea, deliver the package like your supposed to rather than cutting your round short.
