The Post Master is VERY rude and speaks to customers in a degrading manner. Not helpful at all. Her customer service skills are nonexistent.
Everytime I get a specific worker she is very rude like she is completely unhappy with her life. It makes me not even want to use this post office anymore the rudeness is so obnoxious.nnAlong with the talking under her breath in the back room because she actually has to do her job.
I don’t know what the issue is lately with the woman with the dark hair ,and glasses , 50ish but you really need some major people skills. Your very rude . And its not just once . Its everytime
Michelle was wonderful. She answers phone calls in a timely manner and was very informative.nnWhile we are very disappointed with the lady at the desk (worked Oct 17th, 2019). She was rude and unwilling to provide good customer service.nnWe need more people like Michelle :)
Half an hour ago, a lady's work attitude is very poor. She did not have the patience to check that our mail had been returned to the Post Office. Just tell us to take it at Oct.18th. We had to call the Post Office and the other lady who answered the phone had a very good attitude, in stark contrast to the counter worker. She said that our mail is here and can come to pick it up.
