Friendly, helpful counter staff-great small town post office that's stood here for years! Love our mail carriers too-they work hard navigating our country roads in all weather -delivering packages & mail.
Adorable old school style post office! They served my Grandma for years. I came here for years to her PO box with her. They were always so polite and helpful. They even addressed her by name. I loved the service we received for her. And I'm all the way from Madison!
Great bunch of people working there. Small town comfort feel with personality. Our carriers are always friendly and seem to be enjoying their jobs.
I love going to the Osceola Post Office. They have this wonderful clerk there named Taylor. She always greets me and makes me feel glad I'm there. She has a great grasp on most anything I can ask her to do. If I can recommend a visit, goto the Osceola Post Office and see her.
Mail carrier delivers me the wrong mail. I occasionally get my neighbors mail and they get mine. I get mail that is either 2 blocks off or up to a mile from my house. I don't trust the post office. I filed many complaints and the post master has never returned my phone calls. This is a major problem with this post office.
