Come here if you want to experience some of the worst customer service. Every time I have been in they are rude and will be angry at you for merely existing. Would be nice to have someone here that didn’t completely despise having to work with the public. 0/5 stars
It is very sad that Centuria has the rudest postmaster I have ever had the displeasure to conduct business with. She seems to inwardly enjoy making people sad or angry. I had a po box for a nonprofit that I picked up every 2 weeks. She pulled all my mail because there was too much to fit in the box. It was NOT a lot of mail. It could EASILY fit in the box. I have worked for the post office for several years in the past and thought I knew the rules and had never heard of this before. She threatened to fine me and said if this happened again that she would and I would have to rent a larger box. I usually got 2 pieces of mail a week. She is a very nasty nasty person.
Honestly wasn't that bad. Shipped one item quickly and courteously.
I would give this post office less than 1 star if possible. The lady who works there is the rudest person on earth! She's beyond angry at the world and takes it out on post office patrons.nnI understand that the only way to have her fired is by writing to our senators.
