I recieved an email that a delivery attempt was made to my home for a package delivery. This was for two seperate packages. They claimed they were attempting to get the package delivered but were unable to, because my front door was inaccessible. I physically watched the postal office drive past my house. They never attempted to stop. They did not attempt to even stop at my house. We also have 3 seperate sidewalks/pathways shoveled out. I'm very unhappy with the service that was completed by these drivers. I ordered my packages with overnight shipping on Thursday and now they are closed because it is Saturday and they claimed this two days in a row. VERY poor service
GOOD STAFF IN BALSAM LAKE! USPS AS A WHOLE IS NOT THAT GREAT
Best Post Office ever! The staff is always helpful and friendly. One of my favorite stops during the work day.
Balsam Lake Post Office has terrible hours and will not take bulk mailing after 2:30pm.
