One of my regular carriers from this location has been purposefully redirecting my mail by writing on the parcels that I’ve changed address or moved. I’ve been in to speak with management 4 times and the supervisor always claims to be busy. The office attendants have been helpful, but the carrier has continued to maliciously redirect my mail without my consent. This has been on going since December. Very disappointed in management and the carrier. People should be able to trust the USPS.

I am in this post office multiple times a week. Sometimes they are really nice and helpful.. sometimes they are real cranky and short with you. They kind of just change like the weather.

I have only ever had good experiences at this post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Today, I went in hoping to retrieve a tracking number and they worked hard to find it whilst I was there, then kept working on it after I'd left and called me this afternoon with what I needed! They were so kind and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I can not say enough good things about this post office. Today especially Dave went above and beyond helping me. I brought in a large box to ship that would have ended up having a ballon charge and costing me 4 times what I was expecting to pay. He found me a smaller box from the back, assisted me in repacking my item and saved me $ money. He could have just shipped my box and not mentioned that a smaller box would save me so much, let alone actually given me the box. Such a kind and thoughtful guy.

I am beyond disgusted and appalled at the way this location conducts business. I had a recent address change and ordered two packages online TWO weeks after changing my address. Our mail carrier Kevin had my packages and all my mail delivered back to the original sender. They NEVER called me to inform me that my packages were at this branch, I only knew because I called H&M to find out where my packages were. Upon calling them, I was informed that it was at this branch and I had to go in person with a tracking number to verify that it was in fact me. The very next day after I called, I went in and was told that our mail carrier Kevin messed up my address and shipped it back to the original location in Indiana. Kevin and NO ONE else from this location EVER at any point called to inform me there was a package. I only knew because I called the clothing company directly. Upon receiving this information from Janelle at the post office, I called the post office to sort it out and was put on hold for 40 minutes at which point, NO ONE answered. I am beyond disgusted with the employees at this location and how they do business. Clearly, they need mail carriers who actually know how to communicate and respond within an appropriate manner.
