My rural carrier will not close the mailbox. Called in to complain, they told me to sign up for USPS delivery notification so I know what mail gets lost...
Here we go again. Says package delivered at 12:11. must be with a cloak of invisibility. because it's not there. can't call to find out where it is.nworthless
We are so fortunate to have such a wonderful carrier who not only is efficient and friendly. Our experiences directly at the post office have been nothing but the best!
Always polite and friendly. Never an issue sending or receiving mail!
At Christmas time I had 2 packages that were to be delivered tracking said they were out for delivery then later in the day said that they were unable to deliver due to an error and it could be picked up at the post office even though this was 8 pm and the office was closed. Yet all the mail was delivered had to wait over the weekend and went to pick up the package and found out that the carrier had it so had to wait again until 4 pm to get my package. Now I have a tracking message that another package was out for delivery on Jan 14th it's Jan 16th the package hasn't been delivered and every person that I have talked to at the post office has been rude and say they can't help me. They said yesterday that they would talk to my mail carrier but apparently they didn't do that yet don't know when they will. This post office runs on their own time and do whatever they want and give horrible customer service. Very Frustrating!!!!
