Friendly service. USPS is not doing very well overall.

Mail is always tampered with and partially opened?! Who do I contact to put forth an investigation. One guy that works there is always crabby and acts like a dry drunk. Other than that never had any other problems at the counter.

Don't bother calling this office because you won't likely get anyone to answer the phone. The 1800 number to USPS is completely useless as well unless you want the same exact information you can get online. Good luck trying to talk to an actual person.

Gus and the other staff members seem well experienced and offer great customer service. However mean ol’ ‘Mark’ recently gave me a call today (while I was drawing a relaxing bath ) regarding a PO Box I didn’t pay for and some old mail from February. This wasn’t an issue until he copped an attitude with me when he realized the call and misguided irritation was unnecessary bc I have a different P.O. Box I currently use . I have no mail box at my physical address and exclusively use the po . His confusion as to why the mail ended up there developed into offensive tones and defensive responses; as if getting mail to a paying customer is outside the scope of his daily work load. I HAVE a PO Box listed under my name and address which could have been easily referenced, yet Marks cranky a** wanted to personally police and undermine my accidental mail incident (from February!!!) instead of spending the extra minute (like literal minute) to find my name and box. Now I’m getting pruned up and sweaty writing this lololol and I’m no longer emotionally invested . Anyways thx Gus for being so nice and productive wish I could tip u

My husband works as a surveyor so his job sends us all over the US. We have had Premier forwarding service for 7 years. We never had a problem when the Iron River, Mi. Post office was handling it. We bought a home in Rhinelander , Wi. A year ago Feb. and transferred it to Rhinelander Post office. , since then we had no problems, now however, it has expired and we didn’t realize it. Our mail has been getting sent to our EMPYY home for who know how long!? We called the Rhinelander Post Office in a panic to see if they would please put a hold on it and we would fill out the form that (they gave us) the last time we were home and send it and the money immediately! We talked to the post master today and we’re told we can’t do this over the phone that we have to go on line to have a hold put on our mail. Furthermore we cannot send the form that (they gave us) to mail Through the mail???ud83eudd2aud83eudd23 What the heck!? We tried to go on line to do it the way he said and guess what? You can’t do it on line!!! He also didn’t know how much it would cost ? Seriously? He’s the POST MASTER! He said he didn’t know who we were. I offered to fax a copy of our Wisconsin drivers licenses with our addresses on them and the request and he said we can’t do that. I’m a heart patient and my heart meds and blood pressure meds are in the mail, going to a house we are not in! We are in Washington, Pa on a job and we told him that many times. We will not be doing Premier forwarding anymore, we will have a responsible friend Handel it for us! Fed up!!!
