I went into the post office today 11/16 on 91st and the woman working on the counter had horrible customer service. I told her I was picking up a package that was transferred there this morning and was not out for delivery... She just quickly said that it was already out for delivery. I was trying to give her my ID as well. She didn't even bother to check anything, she just made her own assumption.nHow do you know a specific package is out for delivery if you didn't bother to check?
I told them about the driver purposely skipping my old house because he didn’t want to get out the car to put packages on the porch and they stated he doesn’t have to leave out his vehicle (okay fine) when I recorded it they didn’t want to see the evidence and one of the workers stated I’m a liar I filed 5 corporate compliments turns out they were holding 6 big packages of mine! I moved so that I wouldn’t have this post office for delivery anymore it was that bad all of them have terrible attitudes and nobody knows anything there!! They are all inpatient!!
My packages stay damaged. My hair gel was all over my package like someone threw it against a wall. Funny thing is that the safety bubble rap was in there so how are my packages always getting damaged???
I manage a property in the area and 1 of the mail people on the route is lazy as i don't know what. some how one is buildings is not getting mail. When they called the postal service they told them it was the companies fault. How is that our fault? they had a key and if they misplaced the key they should have said something. That is definitely a safety issue for my residents. The postal worker never said a word about not being able to access that building at all nor did they say they ;lost the key to enter the building
They lost my package, it’s a very valuable old silver coin.
