I understand the usual gripes people may have with the typical post office experience (crowded, rude staff, etc...), but I have been coming here for quite some time and have had nothing but easy pleasant service. It is spacious, good hours, and the staff are more than helpful and pleasant. I personally go a bit out of my way to make it to this post office over any others.
I cannot comment on service, as we did not use the post office inside. However, this is the most impressive Post Office building I have ever seen and would detour just to see it!!! It is MASSIVE, and it is the coolest thing to me that trains pull right INTO the building AND it has boats pull up too being on the water. The bulding is an entire block long and it really just is a sight to see walking around Milwaukee
The usual inefficiency, lack of anything approaching customer service, general dismalness and lack of concern for the people they are providing a service to.
Well run operation and very helpful staff. A lot of people thinking the world revolves around them are the ones leaving negative reviews
