I have had multiple experiences with the clerks at this particular location and I cannot recall one decent interaction. On one particular occasion, one of the male clerks (whose name I didn’t care to get) looked at me while there was a room full of people and said “I guess pretty girls aren’t smart after all” after I’d had some difficulty shipping something to a different country. Fortunately I’ve moved to a different state and figured out how to ship things without needing to go to clerks, thanks to their very unfriendly interactions.

I have had a PO Box at this location for 4 years, and so I have had many interactions with the lobby staff for various services. I've also had a number of PO Boxes throughout the country in the past and so I have some reference to say that this USPS station has a high level of quality service. Exceptionally good experiences interacting with staff as well. They've gone out of their way to be helpful and offer tips to help me pick up deliveries more efficiently. No post office is immune to the occasional long wait at the counter or frustrations of matching up timing for deliveries once in awhile. But lucky these guys are always nice and seem to know their job well. Kudos!

I have had a PO box here for 4 years - I live near the Grand Canyon and they always put my packages in the back instead of the lockers which causes me to drive another 100 miles just to get my mail! The hours are inconvenient for pick up of packages and makes it impossible for me to get my mail in a timely manner making me miss important packages and deadlines!

Roy’s lack of professionalism turned what should have been an easy and pleasant trip to the post office into a complicated mess. When I first arrived, I intended to use a large flat rate box. The slot where those boxes would usually be was empty, so I asked Roy if they had anymore in the back he curtly said “if we had them they would be out there.” So, I looked for another box that would fit my needs. At this point it was only my sister and I in the post office, and Roy stood behind the desk watching silently. When we found a box I thought would fit my package, we weren’t familiar with it since we’d never used any box beside the flat rate boxes. Roy watched as we tried to figure it out and when we finally concluded that we must have to buy tape to use the box, Roy stayed silent and failed to mention what we later realized which was that the box had tape on the side of it to use. Roy watched us struggle and was completely uncourteous towards us. At this point, two other customers walked in and we offered to let them go ahead of us as we were verifying the address. Once the address was verified and it was our turn, we walked to meet Roy at the desk. In the past, when I’ve used the flat rate box, the post office verbally asks for the address, asks me to confirm on the keypad and then prints out a sticker for the box. Apparently this isn’t the process at this post office, which is fine, but instead of Roy being kind he shoved a marker at me and said I needed to write the address on the box. I started to write and he mumbled something at me that I couldn’t hear and then I looked at him and he very rudely in a loud tone in front of other customers told me to “step aside.” As I turned around to write the address, a white male came up to Roy after me, and Roy was nothing but sunshine and daisies with him. When I waited my turn again and made it back to Roy’s desk, he was once again rude and curt. I am completely unimpressed and will not return. In the future I will take my business to UPS or Fedex. It might cost a few dimes more but I still would have saved five dollars on packaging tape I didn’t need. If you can avoid this post office, I recommend that you do.

This place has terrific service. Not much of a wait and easy to find parking.
