rep Dylan called me after filing a case a week ago about a package not progressing at all. was told that the person that shipped it sent it the slowest possible mail type and it would arrive when it arrives, could be months. He then blamed me for how the individual sent the item. USPS seriously just needs to be put out to pasture. Its time is over
Absolutely impossible to reach someone to talk to. Automated phone system is a circuitous route to nowhere.
Very helpful with our new mailbox situation. Julie came out within the day and made it very easy to get our address up and running.
I had a package delivered FED EX not realizing it was part of USPS so the package was returned to sender because I don't have a mail box. Even tho I tracked the package to Genoa City Post office and contacted them and said I would pick it up. They proceeded to tell me I can't have my package and I should notify my insurance company and get a different address to ship it to. They had the package !! Rude as can be.
Friendliest employees work at this post office. Always willing to help.
