Lady very rude, I drive to Perry ave in Racine to avoid dealing with her. Or just private UPS / FedEx which actually competes for our business.
From this post office I sent medication to my Dad in Florida using priority 2 day guaranteed for $43.20--problem was it arrived a day late---went back to this PO on a later Saturday to obtain my refund but rather rude lady said she was unable to refund since I did not have the original receipt even tho I had the tracking number and the original envelope returned to me by my Father--she said I would have to return during the week to speak to the postmaster--problem is that I work the same times the postmaster works--the lady offered no alternative to me and seemed annoyed at my request---I went home and searched the USPS website and filed a claim online--all I needed was the tracking #--no receipt or anything else---Bingo 4 days later I receive a refund check in the mail!!--this particular person needs more training in their job and customer service skills--better yet she should be replaced by a self serve kiosk open more hours
The lady in the front desk is extremely rude. She does not help you at all. Rude and horrible customer service. I called to complain about her.
They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you
I've been going here for years, have a po box here and have never experienced anything but professional, courteous service. I'm sure there are good reasons why some others who posted here had issues but I'd bet quite a bit it had nothing to do with the folks behind the desk.
