This review just covers Margaret, the recently new Postmaster in our small town of Mercer. I believe in rules but this person is ruthless. Rather than work to find or offer resolutions she appears to relish harsh enforcement. That is bad business and bad karma. The US Post Office is a consumer business and when you treat people badly they find alternatives.
