Excellent service from most of the employees the lady’s their are very helpfulnSure beets OmronOnly reason for 4 stars is that one of the clerks is an arrogant know it all no matter how hard you try to get a package labeled correctly he always has a problem with it one time I had fragile tape on the box and he had the nerve to ask me if it was actually fragile and the felt the need to explain how I shouldn’t use that tape because they treat all packages as fragile. So I just avoid the times I know he works
I called to get information on a piece of mail I've been expecting. I'm a college student so I have one permanent address in Berlin and then a primary address where I go to school. The mail I was calling about had my permanent address on it but I have yet to see it show up at either address. ANYWAY the woman who answered the phone tried to write off my question and problem right away. Then she insisted she help another customer first even though she had already answered the phone. She was also EXTREMELY rude. Ridiculous.
What a horrible mail person!!!! I've never had someone act/talk that way!!! And how hard is it to call to complain about it like moving mountains!!!
Starting to get really irate when I PAY for things to be delivered via USPS and it gets sent somewhere else and people think it's okay to steal it. HOWEVER, put things in the correct mail box and there wouldn't be a problem. It's not that hard to read what the address is. LAZY PEOPLE.
Sick and tired of getting other peoples mail in my mail box's who haven't lived here in over 3 years or more . i know you all know how to read a mail box which has lastnames on it for the people who are in my hou se. Come on now it takes 2 seconds to read something and make sure it goes to the right house and not the wrong one. And i don't know why I haven't seen a mail person on my street sence Monday when I got my mail which is very wired
