Tons of parking. The building was nice and clean and brightly lit on the inside. The clerk at the counter was friendly and helpful. Quick in and out experience, just what a person hopes for when running errands. I would definitely be okay stopping back in here if I needed to.
I know there's a lot going on right now, however am worried about mail not being delivered. Packages and other mail I heard has been backed up by months. Ordered some things and items were supposed to show up in March have still not been delivered. Asked the postal worker and the worker couldn't give a polite response and told me for any missing mail I would need to file paperwork with no guarantee of finding the missing mail. On a good note the post office is clean and despite the happenings of what is going on, a few postal workers still try to keep a professional and courteous attitude.
normally I have no issues with the postal service but one bad apple at the Fond du Lac WI 54937 office has singled me out for recycling previously used priority mail packaging as packing material for shipping books. Every book I have shipped in the last 2 months has been opened and returned to me by someone in the sorting center - this goes beyond random checks and is ridiculous. BEWARE OF USING PREVIOUSLY USED PRIORITY MAIL PACKAGING AS PACKING MATERIAL - THEY MAY RETURN YOUR ITEMS. It is a shame that one bad apple needs to tarnish the name of this famed government agency - someone in charge should give this person more work to do so they don't have time for petty vendettas.
Rude and unhelpful, asked to check if my package had gone out for delivery as tracking said they still had it. I got a mumbled response and a handshake and not so much as turn around and check. So if you get the old guy with brown hair and glasses wait to be helped by someone more friendly
