I had two separate packages get dropped off at this location for delivery to my house an hour away on November 3, 2020 by UPS. Over a week later one still hasn’t even been checked in and the other got shipped to the wrong post office and never heard from it again. This place is poorly managed. I will pay extra to avoid the post office from now on
My package that's supposed to come in the mail has been here for a few days! Super slow service!
I love working for the Kingsford Post Office! As an employee I know first hand that all of us that work here love it and we are for the customer, and enjoy comming to work!!
Why do my packages sit at this post office for days at a time? It would be quicker if I drove up and got it. Every time it's at least a week before it's sent out. I don't understand
