I called and visited once about a package that said was delivered through Amazon but wasn't. They said they'd call me back but completely forgot about me. I called them after I didn't receive a call and told me they'd have to call another day because their delivery driver wasn't working. It seems to me there are multiple workers at this Post Office that could really care less about their customers.
Packages/specifically AMAZON almost never arrive. Tracking states packages delivered and they are nowhere to be found. They don’t post a photo of the package that’s been delivered either so I have no idea where they are being delivered to or if they are being delivered at all. Out of ten deliveries, eight don’t show up.
They left my mail and packages out in the elements and in a huge water puddle. And they say they did nothing and if I would like my packages left somewhere else to let them know. How about yeah don't leave my mail out in a puddle
Chad at the Menomonie Post Office. He’s the real MVP. He went above and beyond to help me get a package that kept getting rejected. Nice guy great attitude and seems willing to take time to help. Give this man a raise
