The people who work here are rude. They make you feel belittled just for trying to get help when your mailman doesn't deliver an item to your mailbox. There was no reason he couldn't leave the package and just caused us to lose out on money and our package. Glendale post office sucks! Customer service is terrible.

DISTRIBUTION CENTER, FROM PHX IT SHOULD HAVE WENT TO CHANDLER 85224 USPS, INSTEAD IT WENT TO GLENDALE 85301 USPS, THERE ITS BEEN SITTING FOR 5 DAYS AND NOBODY CAN HELP ME, COME ON, YOUR MY *UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE* DON'T DO THIS TO ME, OR LET ME DOWN????
Disappointed in the service I received from you people with my medications they were delivered to my neighbour's house and had the correct address of my house very disappointed
The carrier for Glendale Manor This is a lazy carrier, does not check to se if it is putting the mail in the right box. The office has been giving me my mail. This is a rip off because I am missing hand held game systems and jewelry. The place that I order it from says that if they receive delivered confirmation I can not get my money back, how is this fair to me. This is a rip off. This is also on going.
My apartment complex has an east and west side to it so there are different mailboxes and this post office repeatedly gives me mail that doesn't belong to me. I can only guess that they are giving my mail to the other side since I constantly missing important mail that has been sent to me. I even told the carrier in person that I am the only person at the address and if it isn't my name wrong address. Guess people aren't smart enough to do their job correctly.
