Called over the phone about not being able to open up my mailbox. The lady tells me I only need my id. I asked again are you sure that’s all I need. She says yes! I go and they tell me I need my last bill with the address. Then I buy 2 big boxes at this location to send stuff I pay $22.00 couple of days later I go and take them to send them and they tell me I can’t send them! They are too big to send! But I bought them at this location and specifically told them I needed to send somethings. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was “too busy” to talk to me. I asked for someone else and no one else was there until 12 so I have to return. Also never call for information because when I called to ask about the price for pound they gave me one price and when I took them there it was way more! I would not recommend you to go there!
If I could put no stars I would, because this is what this post office deserves. The people at this location have no sense of customer service whatsoever! I have been without mail for over a month, they tell me I have no mail but has been holding it so that it won’t go to my mailbox, please explain to me how I have absolutely no mail for that long!? I went to this post office since this is the one I have to go to, tried to get mail keys the lady told me ok it will be 40$ and would take 30-45 days to receive them, then go to pick up my mail on a Saturday got it, then went on a Wednesday to get mail again and check status of keys, they then tell me they don’t provide keys I advise they took my money and all they could do is give me a money order then said we don’t have your mail here, impossible!!! You can’t get ahold of anyone here as they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!!
this office is busy but the staff is always friendly and gets stuff done. its not my local post office but i like going here for the great service. well done #12.
I live in an apartment and received an email stating that my mail was going to be canceled on November 5, 2020 and my spouses' on November 11, 2020 and the mail man has been leaving my box open and not delivering mail long before the expiration of that date. Very upset that my mail is floating around out there.
I called and verified with change of address agent customer service line and verified not to listen to that because my address is marked "permeant" so where is my mail going? Why has it continued to be left open?
Grandson ordered a shirt with his birthday money $40. 7/25 informed Delivery package arrives today. Go check, no package. Called post office was given the run around. Told carrier put in mailbox. Yeah they probably did put in a mailbox, just not mine!!. 7/28 again informed delivery said arrives today and again no package. Made a complaint, nothing. What i don't understand is if the carrier said they put it in "my mailbox" why was it suppose to be delivered again on the 28th.🤥. Lost cause.😡 UPDATE!!! WENT TO MAILBOX 8/12 AND LOW AND BEHOLD THERE WAS MY PACKAGE, RIPPED, TORN AND TAPED BUT HE FINALLY GOT IT.
