I wouldn't even give it a star, not only the customer service is rude so is the staff at the post office. Rick was no help at anything get all offensive when asking questions and his excuse was because of the Covid shouldn't take more than two weeks for my shipment to be shipped out STOP USING COVID AS AN EXCUSE AND PRIORITIZE YOUR STAFF AND WORK. If they can't get the job done get more staff. Get better customer service. Get staff that is willing to help we pay for our shipment easy to take our money but not to ship out our shipments on time. Won't be coming to this office anymore and I don't recommend you coming and wasting your time in trying to get answers. Thanks for the NO HELP RICK.

AMAZING SERVICE! I’m not used to coming to a post office where the workers didn’t hate their jobs and weren’t rude.
These guys were great! They apologized for my wait (which was like a minute) and others as well.
The guy at the kiosk was great too! Super helpful and I didn’t spend much time in there at all! Recommend this place! And I don’t say that lightly.
I understand COVID changes things. Like packages being kept at the Post Office instead of delivered to your door. But then I think the Post Office should keep the packages longer. Instead they sent them back without trying to re-deliver.
Branch always has nice people, always has. Convenient to me. Quick in and out
