One female employee is always very rude. And only to certain customers. I went to mail a package, there was one lady ahead of me who obviously knew the employee personally, judging by the conversation, but she was leaning on the counter as she was being served by this employee, her face was not even a couple of feet away from the employer, granted both were wearing masks. Then it was my turn so I put the package down on the counter, I was immediately asked to step back past the yellow line on the floor. I asked her what about swiping my card, as I needed to pay, she said she will let me know when she was ready for that, in the meantime to please step back past the yellow line so as to observe the social distancing. I get that and I was obviously wearing a mask myself, but the fact that she was fine with the other customer LEANING on the counter while I had to stretch out my arms to get my payment to her, that was plain rude. Covid does not care if she knows a person or not, so treat eveyone the same. That was particularly rude!!!
At a time when Wisconsin is a covid hot spot and Madison in particular has a dangerously high incidence of cases, one employee at the Hilldale office refuses to wear a mask that covers her nose. I politely told her that I felt unsafe because she was not wearing her mask correctly. She refused to pull up her mask and told me I could leave. I will drive further to another branch in the future, but she should be reprimanded for failing to follow cdc protocol and local ordinance requirements.
My home was flooded and I wasnt able to drive to check my mail regularly. They stopped delivering it. Understandable. However I've been moved back, went to the office and asked that my mail be delivered again. They had no form or sure way of sending the message to my carrier (other than a sticky note with my name and address on it ) to tell them to deliver it. I removed the vacant sticker from my mailbox and they still havent delivered my mail. I tried going a change of address form but I haven't moved so i have no previous address to enter. Its tax season and I need them to deliver my mail or I'll be in serious trouble. I'm pretty annoyed the staff have not communicated and its been two months of no mail since I've moved back. Isn't there laws against not delivering peoples mail? Please help!

Kim helped me out. I came in with a label that was too light to ship. She expressed her concerns about how it may be delayed due to that. She recommended other places to print and tried really hard to make it work on her end. Her effort was greatly appreciated. Not only that but when I got a new label she went above and beyond for helping me package it. Very great staff, friendly and helpful.
