Staff is always very nice and very helpful! I usually am that guy to come in later and they're always nice, and the lady up front always helps me find the best box to ship items so I dont over pay. Overall a great experience and good customer service. 5/5, A+
Unbelievable that they do not accept cards for payment. Very slow service. One employee would not let other employee use computer while filling out handwritten forms, which drastically increased wait times.
The staff at this location are so exceptionally helpful and kind to interact with. Yes, there are limitations to the scope of what they can help with, but they're always willing to assist or direct.
Do not go here. They charge you crazy service fees because they are not an actual post office. Just a money making scheme by hallmark.
Had checks, so I was prepared. Women behind the counter were very helpful and polite. I was the only one there on a Wednesday afternoon, so things were pretty quick. Just remember to bring cash or checks and you'll be fine.
