On multiple occasions they charge me almost double postage charge! I'm an honest EBay seller, I drop packages frequently at the Stoughton locations, they will OPEN the contents or re-weigh and change double ON TOP of the postage already paid!! A package weighing 1 pound media, should constitute an original 4$ charge tops.. but then it comes back, requiring another 9$ to ship. What a scam!!! I ship packages weighing 10 pounds for 9 dollars, first class 2 day shipping!!!!!! Where are you coming up with these absurd numbers?? Terrible service, and constantly receiving damaged goods! Time to switch to UPS!
What Is it with our post office in Stoughton either the main one on main street have no clue to do anything if you dont know find out! or now the one in the business circle both have bad customer service!nI know it’s the weekend I called to leave a message but someone picked up so I appreciate that then I’m trying explain why am calling I get rudely interrupted by them saying “they’re closed” then why the heck you pick up the phone!! learn customer service if not take a chill pill so sad small town with bad customer service! cmon Stoughton hope both offices or someone reads this and get better please!
Takes forever for them to answer the steel door to get your package. And they are closed today 1/2/2017 but dont say that anyplace but the little sign on the door... but you have to drive all the way here to see it.
Great service, friendly staff.
