I go to Post offices all over the State and this is the best I go to.nThe lady that has been employed for a long time that opensnup in the morning has the best customer service I have ever dealtnwith at USPS.
There is this newer Brunette working the front counter who is condescending acts indifferent when I tell her I cannot hear her even with my hearing aid. charges higher prices than anyone else anywhere I have been..today my first class pkg. Should have been less expensive, from the USPS website I could have sent it parcel post for what she charged me. On my previous visit I questioned this and was told everyone else was doing it wrong? I dread seeing her and will drive to another city for my USPS visits.
The last year or so I have had issues with mail being delivered to my home. I have also received mail for others more frequently.
To call and ask a question is impossible using your automated phone system.
Super rude staff that have been working there forever. It was raining so my mail had a few sprinkles on it from walking to the front door. Guy at the desk says, “it’s wet, we aren’t supposed to take this. The stamp won’t stick.” Then proceeds to take my money and put a stamp on my mail. They come up with reasons to complain about anything each and every time I stop in.
