My new FAVORITE Post Office!
SUPER friendly and helpful TEAM that worked on 10/9/2020 at around 9:30 am.
They were fast, thorough, and kind. There were THREE people working and they got us in sand out! GREAT JOB!
I have a post office that I can walk to but they always only have ONE person working. I’ll take the 10 minute drive to go here any day!

I've always had a good experience here. The lines can be long at times and slow-moving, but I enjoy watching the employees interact while I wait (they can be funny, plus they get some interesting customers). I've always received good customer service.
Packages said delivered. Not a lie just missed spoken. Never showed up. Never saw it. Bad testament for the USPS. In stead of defunding police defund USPS. They ain't worth it.
Great location in central Phoenix to drop into. Busy on Saturday and Monday mornings but lines move quick with plenty of help. PO boxes are reasonable and easily accessable. Doors are not open for PO Boxes during non-business hours which could be a challenge for some. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Lady up front is rud and lazy. Why have an app stating my package is ready just to be turned away upon arrival...smdh!
