First time sending a package with usps. Package went missing went in and spoke to Abby(I think). Very unprofessional and didn’t even care that I lost my package. All she said was well since you drop it off at the drop box they some time don’t scan it so it goes missing. I’m like really then why even have a drop box. Then I ask for the Oshkosh distribution centers number and she called someone and said no we don’t have it look it up. Again really it’s your own company and you guys don’t have it. At that point I gave up and just called it a lost on my part. Very very unprofessional. When a customer comes in worried about their package and is super polite and patient give them 100000% your all to help. If not please consider finding a different career. Definitely not using usps as a carrier anymore for my business. I’ll pay a little more and go with ups at least they care and want to help customers.

If I could give it less than a oneI would! Spend $47 to get a package somewhere next day they chose not to deliver it because they said they had to verify the address I have sent packages there for years never had an issue. Filed a complaint and they said that get back to us in within 3 business days so much for the package that needed to be there this week. Sent it on Monday now Wednesday!
This location is know for theft! Never use the drop boxes in/outside. Always check your packages at the counter, and get a receipt. A $1400 cell phone magically disappeared! No wonder why they are struggling. Taking my business to another provider!
Very upset. A series of packages I dropped off went “missing”. Over $400 worth and no one knows where they went. I have never had this issue before until I dropped packages off at GB west location. I have given USPS so much of my business and they say they can’t do anything for me. What a joke. How do you lose 13 packages?! BRIGHT colored packages. They won't even give me a refund on the labels!!!! What a joke!
