Just moved about 40 days ago and still have not received any of my mail. Can’t get ahold of anybody. Tried calling many times just get the Automated system each time with no help given from then on...
I am new to this area. Moved here July 31st and am very pleased with our mail carrier on the River St. route.
Third time tracking has lied saying attempted delivery will attempt again next business day!! That was Friday now its Monday and no updates on tracking box is full of perishables why pay for shipping if its not going to show up. Normal woman doing delivery is great her fill in guy is worthless
When your suppose to get packages by 9:00pm on Dec. 7, 2019. Am email comes through at 8:56pm saying that they had made an attempt at 7:45pm and the driveway or the walk way was impassable. Instead of lying why can’t you be honest and say I couldn’t get to everything it will be there tomorrow. That would sound so much better because as I ready this I know for a fact you never even came here. What happened to simple honesty and not have to place blame on someone not keeping up with the walkway or driveway.
Mail carriers are great. The woman working the counter inside outright lies and does not know what she is doing. She made the claim to me that the postal service does ALL of Amazon's deliveries. When we had a problem with someone else illegally changing our address she refused to help or did not know how to. Either way she was incredibly rude and arrogant. I would chalk it up as a bad day but that happened twice with her nastiness.
