I had a mask delivered to my po box. Shipper requested signature. With the hours of operation, I'm unable to pick up. I screen for coronavirus all day. Get rid of the useless email provided on your website. A computer generated response. It's been over a week. Signature on file done. Why even be open?
Cant get a live person!! What kind of customer service is this?!!
Long lines out the door during the holidays. Only one clerk, ever, who is at the counter and he is clearly bored and exhausted. Hour of operation are challenging for working people, 10-2 and closed Saturday.
This is our local post office. Love the man at counter and service at this location in person but the mail delivery in Sunridge Estates needs to be improved. Today they took 2 of 3 outgoing mail and got i someone else's from other streets. Happens all the time. A neighbor left me a note with mine she received saying it happens all the time to her.
I didn't know it even opened again.😕
