I have a P.O.Box here and I love the hours! From 6am to 9pm Mon-sat! I work so this works around my schedule! The clerks are very nice and helpful! I collect stamps too and they are always showing me the new ones that have come in! I witnessed a customer being extremely rude to the clerk and she kept her composure and fixed his problem in only minutes! He did apologize for his outburst and she was very glad she solved the dilemma!
People were very friendly in professional. I will definitely use the postal office a lot more
It seems that someone in this office has a reading problem. Ive lived at my address for 2 years now and im always driving to other peoples homes to give them there mail that was left at my mailbox... Same adress but different street. Come on people get it together.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would, I have been calling for 30 MINUTES, I've called 10 times let it ring until it hangs up on me. It's like they keep their phone in a closet somewhere so they dont have to hear it ring all day!! Horrible! What are people who do not have vehicles supposed to do? Pay for a cab because nobody wants to answer the phone??
Jennifer the post master really help me out, she is very professional and knows how to treat the public, awesome customer care! She did an outstanding job, she even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was taking care of....Jennifer, your a shinning example on how the public should be treated!
