I've filed several complaints in person and online. They constantly deliver the mail to the wrong addresses and the mail carriers split our mail up. Sometimes we'll get it delivered at 1pm then others it's at 8pm. Sometimes it's all at once and others it is delivered in 2 trips. We've had dozens of drivers just in the past year alone. I've gotten calls and Facebook messages from people as far away as 6 miles saying they got my mail by mistake. I've had paychecks and refund checks delivered and SIGNED FOR to the wrong address. We had a driver that parked in front of the house empty out his entire truck in the driveway to find a box then drive away after delivering it without putting anything back in the truck.

The mail carrier lost a valuable package...scanned as delivered but NOT TO ME
Called six times over a three hour period. No answer. No message. Nothing
Not a great parking lot design for a post office. The waits can be long, but service is generally good. Never had an issue here.
