I saw these negative reviews and almost didn't go to this location because of them, but because it was most convenient for my day I went.nI'm glad I did.nA new woman is at the counter and she is positive, pleasant, competent, helpful.nThe service was excellent and the interaction a pleasure.nnThe only thing that concerned me was the signage that said masks were not required. Luckily the people who were in the post office the same time I was were smart and caring enough to be wearing them.
I haven't had mail delivered to my home for almost a week and it's impossible to get someone on the phone to check why this is happening. This is the second time in less than a year this has occurred. Last time I never got someone on the phone so I had to go see them in person, but they were very rude and dismissive.
Many delivery mistakes, nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone
Becky is so unprofessional and rude, you are a business. To tell us that we are DISRUPTING her when we call to ask where our mail Is because it’s not delivered, it is not our problem you are short staffed. You are a business!!! Becky needs to find a new profession because customer service is NOT for her. We will be changing post offices, and using fedex or ups for anything and everything from now on. We have complained to management about her and nothing has been done. By reading all the other reviews it’s clear we are not the only ones with problems with her.
Absolutely horrible. I live at an apartment complex and our mail lady is constantly falsely marking stuff as a failed delivery. For example I was up and in my living room this morning when a package was marked as a failed delivery at 7:22. No knock. No buzz in. No mail in my box. Nothing. Amazon emailed me and told me a delivery attempt was made. Okay, where? She does this often. I don't expect her to carry stuff upstairs, leave it by the mailboxes for all I care, or buzz the unit and I will go down. But no, she never does and I am finally absolutely fed up. If you don't want to do your job at 100%, don't do it period.
