Package makes it across the country in ~48hrs sits in essex for 72+ and counting.
Ok so as a resident of Essex junction of ten years never have I ever had such poor mail service as I have lately. For some reason the mail carrier finds it humorous to just throw people's mail in whatever box they feel like. Second time in two week one of my packages has been put in someone else's box when the parcel clearly states the address and name of person it's for. At the moment Im Writing this review due to their offices being closed and a complaint cannot be issued at this time.
The staff is friendly and helpful. If they could just figure out a way to have more than one person on the desk at lunch time, they would get 5 stars. There is usually someone out back and a line 10 deep. EVERY DAY. 11 to 1, at least 2 people. Most of those folks on line are trying to get stuff done on their lunch break.
Love the daily joke! A little bit of fun during your daily errands.
I LOVE a few staff members there!..they are so kind helpful and so friendly!..it's a 15 min walk from our house so it's the ONLY post office we go to!..and we love it!..thanks guys for being so awesome!❤ufe0f
