USPS of South Burlington is efficient, streamlined AND helpful.nnI recently had a package addressed to me without my apartment number on it. After a call to USPS South Burlington and speaking with two employees (1 woman and Jerry) the driver was notified of my apartment number.nnIt was an error on my end they fixed AND fixed immediately.nnThanks Jerry and other unnamed employee.nnGREAT WORK!!
USPS apparently doesn't feel the need to wear masks inside residental appartment common spaces. Unsafe, unethical and downright disrespectful. Shame on them.

Parking lot connects to the bank lot to allow for ease of exiting for nice people. It is a small town office in a quaint location. It’s rather unfortunate that the airport makes the town seem so large, and everyone is always in such a rush. The USPS is held to standards that other shipping companies are not held to. It’s employees are federal employees who cannot bend the rules to favor anyone. If you are an angry or entitled sort of person, perhaps conduct your business during posted hours. I rather enjoy the personal touch and service these employees provide.
Best experience ever! On Nov. 23, 2019, Megan absolutely saved the day. My husband and I were getting married that day at 2:30pm and his ring was originally meant to be delivered earlier in the week. However, the shipping info never updated and we assumed the worst. We checked for it all week - nothing, still said it hadn’t shipped. We took a chance on Saturday and looked again. We couldn’t believe it! It was out for delivery. Around 11:30am, I called this location and spoke with Megan. I told her our problem and she was so eager to help us. She took our information and said she’d call back soon. About 15 minutes later, she called back and said, “your ring should be delivered in less than 5 minutes.”nI kid you not, 2 minutes later our package was hand delivered to my husband at our front door with a big “congratulations!”nMegan and our delivery driver, who’s name I unfortunately didn’t get, absolutely saved the day, and we’re so thankful for them. THANK YOU!
