I lost a package last week in the mail. I got in touch with our post office online and the very next morning I got a call from the Milton Post office telling where my package was. It was so fast and the lady was very informative and helpful. I usually never have any problems with this post office. Thank yo for helping me find my package.

I've always found service at the Milton Post Office to be very friendly and helpful. Also, the mail carriers, especially Steve Friend, are amazing. Steve's attention to detail and outstanding customer service during the COVID-19 pandemic was amazing. Now more than ever, our friends at the USPS need our support to keep the mail coming! Consistent quality service. Never an issue in 14 years. The delivery is always on time and our carrier goes out of his way to be pleasant and helpful. Not sure why so many complain. I guess it's their nature.

Moved here last year. Had to stop mail delivery to home as move was in stages. It was held at the P.O. Thus, I had to make numerous visits to the P.O. Despite the surprising negative reviews, I never experienced a rude employee. To the contrary I always found the employee to be pleasant and amiable. Sure I had to ring the bell once in a while but someone either came out right away or called from the back to say they'd be out in a moment. They have never lost a package for me.

Love the Milton, DE post office. There is not enough they can do for you! Mail delivery is great too. Thank you, Milton Post Office!!
