My packages often get delivered to the wrong address AND I don't get them back!!! I've been to the post office several times about this....currently going through it now. Still waiting to hear back from them after a week and I've been in there twice. Absolutely unprofessional. I pay my money for those items in the packages so its important to me!!! I may as well be throwing my money in the trash.

Don't bother calling the telephone number provided. It does not connect you to your local post office, and does not know anything about mail that is missing. I receive USPS notification of mail that is scanned and supposed to be delivered, so i know i have mail missing. So now I actually have to go in person to the PO and solve the problem

Tall guy at front counter extremely rude hates his job. Phone goes to voicemail and no one ever calls back

Very poor customer service by older Caucasian male who works there. There’s other ladies who work there that have pleasant attitudes but he by far is not friendly and should not be working there. He never accepts my packages and when questioned why he can’t accept it his reasoning isn’t accurate and is rude about it. Today after the Lincoln post office I went to the Milford office and they gladly accepted my packages without question. I will be traveling to Milford from now on.

Tall white guy at reception was very rude after he handled my packages. Saying was too many next time take them somewhere else. I said do your job and left.
