Today, my package didn’t show up even though the status said delivered. I got a call back from a really helpful and patient gentleman in Delaware City about 20 minutes after talking to UPS customer service. They decided to have the driver go back to the house he mistakenly delivered it to and take it to the correct one. I wanted to say THANK YOU and sorry for all the confusion. Turns out some neighbor did pick it up off of their front porch, put it in their house and left! They just now got home and brought it over. I hope UPS knows that their employees often go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you again and be safe out there ❤ufe0f
They were so nice there! Being new to the area, they even took the time to tell me about the town and some of the area businesses!
The phone answering system is too long. I had to wait through 1 1/2 minutes of automatic operator before getting to a menu that didn’t have my concerns
Either they're really helpful or it's a bad day. Mostly helpful though
Cant contact anyone directly at this location by phone...rubbish
