I feel like the pony express was more reliable than this postal service in Somerton. The staff are nice, but the person who seems to be holding this place together is the younger gentleman who works there! ( Sorry, I can't remember your name, dude! )
He's always way more helpful than anyone here, and goes out of his way to help. I really feel like Somerton should upgrade this place, or increase the amount of parcel lockers. When I have mail that's too important to trust to this post office, I have it sent to my relative's work! That's sad.
The business hours are terrible IMO. This post office should extend the hours for parcels behind the counter. Some of us work grave shifts. Not sure exactly what's holding this place back but I've never had a worse mail situation than here in Somerton. Even living in phoenix with apartment complex offices as mail holding centers went more smoothly. Again. Not sure who's to blame, or what is to blame, all I know is it doesn't work as well as I think it could!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The guy is very very nice, perhaps the only staff here that is nice. The rest are just so RUDE.! I have never liked this post office since they gave MY PACKAGE with $150 dollars worth of merchandise to SOMEONE ELSE! How did this happen I have no freaken clue. The worst this is they told me they would "investigate" in their camaras, they never did.
They lost my package for the 2 time
Recieved bills late and got charged late fees. Horrible service. This isn't the first time either.
