Im a local to greenville and usually go to this location. The lady who was in the post office was different not a usual lady. For some reason she had an attitude. All i asked was the pricing and time of deliver if i changed my package from priority to regular. I mean its her job to provide me that info but she went all crazy on me and decided not to provide me that info as well declined any service to me. Management needs to looks at the video camera if they have any and needs to take a serious action against her. This is unacceptable. She has one job and she is definitely not doing that. I have had no issues with anybody in the past but what happened today was insane. This happened at 10 am on 10/14/20.

Do not use this post office for anything other than routine mailing. Do not use them for passport work. Do not use them to ship large or unusual items. The staff do not understand USPS services. They misdirected me regarding a routine shipment. They refused to ship a package. They lied to me when I asked how best to ship my package. I was handed paperwork and instructed to study it regarding USPS rules. Upon studying it I realized the paperwork vindicated everything I was attempting to do.

Her name is Orca....truly.....I apologize for my error and failure to accept that I may have been wrong. But her demeanor as a USPS employee was equally unacceptable....for my own fault I am sorry

10 years ago, I went there for passport renewal, the staff was so helpful and courteous. Today, I went there and was yelled at again and again. The associate has heavy accent and when I could not get what she was saying, she simply yelled and threw the form back at me. Then when it comes to take the photo, she just shouted out instructions without any eye contact. I don't think even prison inmates deserve such treatment. What happened to the friendly and helpful staff there?

I will always pick this post office over the one on Lancaster Ave...it’s WAY faster!
