United States Postal Service

There is absolutely positively no customer service at this location. The workers are rude and disrespectful. The person who delivers the mail in my neighborhood gets it wrong consistently I am constantly having to go to neighbors houses to deliver their mail to them while having them bring me my mail. The way I see it the United States Postal Service owes us the money that they’re paying this person to deliver the mail. I had a pharmacy mail order package where I was waiting for critical medications to arrive and for three days had to play games with these people to find out where my medicine was. 1-800-ASK-USPS is a total waste of taxpayers money!!!! This service is useless!!!!!

The workers in the post office are nice and friendly, but I’ll do everything in my power from now on to never have a package deliver through this USPS. I’ve had packages get marked as “picked up at post office” (which I didn’t), “delivery attempt failed”(there was no delivery attempt), sit in the post office for 4 days before an attempt was made, and the list goes on.nnThis isn’t a federal issue, because packages I’ve dropped off at other USPS locations have made it to their destination on time, and my packages coming to me don’t have any issue until they reach this office. That said, it’s obviously an issue with this USPS post office. Please get your act together for this neighborhood.

I have had such trouble actually RECEIVING my packages lately!!! I have had quite a few items say they’ve been delivered to my mailbox via USPS, but my box be empty. I am NOT a happy camper, because I pay good money for my things to arrive in a safe and timely manner! I’m not sure what’s happening to my packages! But these carriers have to do a more diligent job at making sure everything gets where it belongs! That’s your JOB after all. Pay attention to the labels! I am missing some expensive merchandise and have to reorder things because it never makes it to me. Do better!

This place offers a very poor customer service. I wish I could give no stars. How can I customer walk in and have to wait for an hour and a to pick up a package ? I was picking up a package, someone went to the back to retrieve it, came back without the package, asked me to wait and never came. It wasn’t until an elderly couple started to Complaint that the manager came out and helped us. It is unbelievable that the manager went to the back and came back in a few minutes with the package. That means that the first employee did not look for the package. This is not the first time I receive poor service here, this is the normal behavior here. One hour and a half waiting is disrespectful.

Place is extremely slow, they try to charge money for a pre-purchase ebay label from me all the time. They love being extra.
