Our package looks like it was ran over sitting in front of our mail box today. My daughter's friend said the mail lady almost ran into her vehicle, please slow down on our road!
Sent a cashier's check with tracking that the company lost, I couldn't find my reciept, Sivaporn Jones went above and beyond to help me and fix the problem!
The staff is amazing, goes out of there way to help you. Most friendliest people in Sheridan. It’s like walking in to your family’s home. The post office is always clean and tidy. The mail carriers are wonderful helpful and so friendly. I give are SHERIDAN Post office 5 stars.
I had a book i wanted to send by mail and wanted to send it the cheapest way. The clerk person went out of her way to direct me to the cheapest envelope and recommended the cheapest way to send it by ups. I know the clerk gets paid to do this but it made my day to have someone go out of their way to be so helpful. And the doors into the post office are handicapp friendly which is always a plus for me because i walk with a walker!
