I was treated very rudely just for asking for a simple form. As I said thank you and start walking to the counter to fill out my form, the woman behind the counter is complaining to her co-worker (loudly so I could hear) about how it’s one of those days & people feel entitled. I wasn’t rude. All I did was ask for something. I will not go here again if I don’t have to. Nobody should have to be treated like that. It’s called customer service. You serve your customers and help them. If you don’t want to help people, get a different job. Or at least complain when they aren’t within earshot.

This post office is horrible. Rude employees, closing before their scheduled time. Rude on the phone and in person. This location needs to get some new customer friendly employees. Not to mention employees who know what they are doing.

I had a horrible experience here. The staff there was very rude. I was unaware of how the process worked to mail my items and was given poor responses to questions, I was unaware you had to wrap your own stuff and if I was suppose to purchase the package items in advance. Instead of helping me as a customer, the person checking me out made comments that were rude and belittling “you’re not done yet, you have to do this and that” and “is this your first time doing this?” It made me feel very uncomfortable and I never plan on coming here again. I see now why they have such low star ratings. Don’t come here if you can help it! God forbid you ask questions.

Any time I’ve had to ask an employee a question, they’ve been rude and made me feel unwelcome is seeking assistance. They never answer their phone; the times I’ve been inside and heard the phone ring, they just let it continue to ring.

Call store 56 times only one time did somebody pick up and the gentleman on the phone refused to let me talk to a manager and threaten to beat me up if I came into the post office. Yes we already know nothing will be done about this it’s so sad that the USPS allows young men and women to talk to their customers this way
