Blatantly fail to deliver packages. And they have stolen packages from me. How do you state something has been delivered when video surveillance shows not a single usps mailman has been at the building. They don't answer phones and employee thieves.

I had missed delivery for the address that was wrongly put by me in the scroll down menu. On the 27th of Jan the person who my package was delivered to by mistake was kind enough to not sign for it. As a result the package was held at the Post Office as per tracking number. I went to this post office twice to pick up my package within 8 days of attempted delivery with no success. I even tried to call them before the second time to save myself the trip but you can keep calling as nobody will answer. The ladies working there are polite but they do not have a knowledge of what is going on. I was told that the package is not there (although by the tracking number it was held at this post office). First time the lady took my name ,address,phone number and she said she will try to contact the driver and call me back. She didn’t. Don’t make promises you cannot make. Second time I went there , the lady told me that someone picked my package. She said that apparently the person who requested for my package to be held at this post office came back for it. That didn’t make sense since even if they had the slip the name on the package is not the same as that person’s name and I assume you check ID’s. So she said that as a fact that “I don’t know if that lady realized it’s not hers”. So she just made up a story. So not helpful at all. Two days later I can see from the tracking number that the package is being returned. So I wish there was a better way to determine where my package is. That is disappointing because the story I was told I already knew it doesn’t make sense and two days later I find out I was lied to. That is very bad customer service !!!!

If I could give 'minus stars', I would. I was the only customer with two tellers on duty. I had a package to pick up and the delivery man did not provide me with a pick-up address. There was no effort whatsoever by the postal workers to try to help me actively - I was given a phone number that (needless to say) was not being answered and am still none the wiser. It is clear that these two ladies do not take any pride in their work.

I have been calling nonstop for an hour and NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. How do you not answer a business phone?
