I used the post office errand also to get a nice walk in and enjoy my day. I was greeted by a wonderful Clerk who helped me with my return. It really was a great experience.
Have not received mail on the 4000 block of Kansas Ave NW in 3 days. I was notified that the package I was expecting was just delivered. What a crock of_____! The reason I know for certain that it was not delivered was the fact that I was sitging at the front door, no mail person came even close to the building. What that person probably did was stand at the mail truck and scan it as delivered. A bull____ way to run a mail route.
I've never had an issue. But, I also just mail packages from here. I can't vouch for the other services.
Adding to the 1 star ratings. I’ve never had any problems before receiving packages until recently and it’s unrelated to COVID. I believe there is either a theft problem or supreme inefficiency, both have caused me a loss of time and money. If you call don’t expect any help. Someone actually hung up on me while I was mid sentence explaining my package was never delivered even though the person said they did on two separate occasions.
Had great fortune of help from Ms Blanco and her carrier to deliver a priority overdue package. Countless phone calls and emails finally produced two postal employees who cared enough to do the job. Please acknowledge her fine service and that of the carrier. Pamela Gregory
