I don't even know where to begin so I just won't..
This usps open at 9am. I’m here before 9am and know is 9:18am and the door still closed. We have big line waiting for opening
The mail carrier did not attempt to deliver my package as claimed. I signed up for alerts and knew my package would be delivered 9/30/20. I stayed home all day and no one ever knocked on my door. I’ve had several issues with this post office and nothing has been done.
If I could give a 0 I would. This post office has not delivered at all, and delayed priority mail for the whole time period I have been living at my address. I have reached out to management there and have never received a phone call back. I have called and been placed on hold for hours with no respond. They have blocked my calls. This center should be audited and replace with different staff.
The man with dreadlocks has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. He doesn’t do anything for anyone - unless he’s trying to flirt with some young lady coming into the post office. He is constantly rude; there are constantly lines out the door; and there is constantly only one person in the office.
