Worst customer service ever ! The staff are so rude in here in particular the young lady with the dreads this morning. Very nonchalant and disrespectful.
I understand having a lunch break. But disappearing for hours after your lunch break is over is unacceptable.
Very unprofessional. Had a package sent there and now it’s no where to be found she sent me to another location and they know nothing about the item they told me go back I went back it was a old black lady brown skinned that couldn’t do anywhere but stand there and give me more numbers and addresses she said she saw a package there one day and she don’t know what happened to it she wouldn’t give me no answers she she didn’t look on the camera or anything like she was mentally challenged
Very slow and poor customer service and bad attitude.
Thanks USPS for selling my email to a million different businesses who send me unwanted solicitation emails and spam. If you fill out a change of address, do not, I repeat do not give them your email address and agree to receive the welcome offers (coupons). Why is a government connected agency selling peoples emails? This is bs.
