I had a very pleasant experience here! Staff was helpful and friendly, even though I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks to the kind staff at this location, I now know how to mail a package!
Excellent experiences (multiple times in recent weeks). I’ve mailed more than a dozen items from large eBay packages to small letters. Staff are always courteous and helpful.
Worst customer service ever. Very rude staff. My card was approved three times on the card machine and they still said “transaction did not go through” on their PC screen. They used an excuse that my cards are international ones, but the thing is I used them successfully in my previous transactions also with usps. Never come back.
Frequently out of inventory. Today they had no postcard stamps, at another time they had no international stamps and there has also been a time when the only stamps they offered me had an athlete on it -- not exactly what I was looking for to mail invitations. You'll probably have better luck getting stamps at CVS.
Unprofessional, rude, and demeaning staff. Deserves serious look/overhaul from USPS management (if anyone in USPS is listening).nnExpect simple requests like mailing a package to turn into an exercise in patience and restraint in avoiding confrontation with the clerk behind the counter.
