Today at 4:54 am I entered the usps located at 2300 18th St NW Lbby, Washington, DC 20009, I carried with me a box where some gifts sent, vitamins and a machine to measure the level of sugar in the blood to my parents who live In Peru, which are isolated and in very delicate health, in Peru the quarantine has been very strict, that is why I had not been able to send anything until now, a window was opened and I felt that I had to take advantage of it. The lady who works in the post office did not want to attend to me, she claimed that as it was an international shipment, it would take her a long time, she asked me to leave the place in a very bad way, despite the fact that the people who were still inside tried to persuade her Together with me, we told her that she had a duty to attend to all of us who had arrived there before 5 o'clock, which is closing time, she said she had a lot of work to do and flatly refused to attend to me. What this lady doesn’t understand is that we all work and it was her duty to attend to me, nobody was asking her for a favor, I had to arrive earlier this morning at my work to be able to leave earlier and arrive at the post office on time and so I did, however she didn’t want to attend to me, I felt very frustrated. And I write this that appropriate measures be taken because customers should not be treated in this way.nIf the postal service closes the doors at 5pm, it is only fair that they serve the people who are inside the premises from before 5pm. This weekend is a holiday and most of us are hard-working people who make great efforts to be able to get to the post offices on time since they are only open during the hours in which most people are working, they should also improve their customer service, it is usually very rude

I love the man that’s always there. He’s so kind and professional. Efficient with a strong/gentle way of helping customers. Each time I go to check my business PO Box, I know he will smile and say something nice. It’s refreshing in this fast DC climate.

Hell yeah! These guys are really good. I got the best mailing service ever. Posted an item over 5kg in Washington and it delivered in Georgia the next day with expedited/priority mailing. Very customer friendly and efficient company. They deserve 5-star rating!

Saturday morning 9/7/19 at 11am and the post office is close? I just wasted my time going there. The sign on the door says 9am-12pm on Saturdays. There is no other sign on the door that says there gonna be close. Now I need to call a different post office to make sure there open.
