I agree with the last post. One of the associates was outstanding. I wish my experience was the same. But I got to deal with the manager. For privacy let’s call her “J”. I had submitted a form with pictures online of a completely destroyed priority mail box written on all sides live animal. “Dead”. USPS replied with a letter to submit all evidence to the a post office for inspection. I did just that tapping the letter on top. I dropped it off at USPS on Kingsley in Orange Park. 5 days later it was returned not even opened. I called the headquarters in DC to find out why. Spoke with. Let’s call him “R”. He stated they should of gave you a receipt form 3831. And they should of had filled form #2856 to submit. I asked if he will make a note. R stated “he will make a note that he giving me my next step.” So I took it to the USPS on Sunbeam Rd for better luck. Again the letter was taped on top from Domestic Claims stating to file form #2856 and I highlighted it for them. Again, Nobody understood what this was. So the manager “J” comes forth. “First words out of her mouth is “What is this and why did you tape it to the box!” My response was “there’s another copy inside.” Real fast. Had to protect myself. Not a decent person. “This is is to show that I had called DC and they said to submit form #2856”. J stated “I don’t care what they said you shouldn’t have taped it!” “I have to go through it. I’ll be right back.” There were copies of the tracking, priority, insurance, pictures before and after opening. J returned basically throwing the papers back at my face! “She stated I don’t need any of this, all I need is what’s in the box!” “I said it was to show you the before and after, and what form DC wants you to fill out.” (Her words). “I don’t care what they said and I don’t need to know. I don’t need any of these papers you can have them back! All I see is a box with pink packing nuts that says live”. She did not review it. She did not pull all the nuts out. She did not fill out the correct form. The copy she gave me was the wrong form and didn’t even say live on it. My opinion. What a disgrace, and to talk down about the company you work for. Dishonoring, disrespecting. At this facility she calls all the shots and is above everybody else.

I was sending out orders for customers and all 3 packages (going to 3 different locations) did not arrive. Now I have to refill the custom orders and pay to mail them AGAIN. I have never had this issue at any other location besides L’enfant. Will not being going back.

The US Postal service are absolutely incompetent, useless! Disgraceful agency why bother ,your better off using FedEx or UPS!

I have an important package from uscis mail to me. I had moved and filed a forwarding address. All my mail was coming to my new address with no problem. This particular package didn't make to my new address. I found this undisciplined action was very unfair.nI went to my local usps and asked to speak to a manager. I told him about the situation and he said he would have someone go back to the mailbox to check to see if the package remain there. He actually took my name and cell number with my tracking number to contact after. Of course nobody call me,so i went back ,i told to another gentleman and he said my package wouldn't be at the location.nHe also said after week if the return back to them,they usually send it back to where it came from. So i lost my package and now i going to hold usps a countable for a refund. It is completely thier fault. They are not doing very good job. ORLANDO USPS Hunters Creek area.

Friendly staff but last minute hike in price. I sent a package to Idaho with a clock in it. I packaged it well to avoid a mishap, but the weight was only 1.5 lb (as the clock was very light). I was ready to pay the $20.00 and then she slapped an additional $18.00 up-charge at the last minute because of the size of the box ?? I know that over-sized boxes get treated that way, but this box was not large. She was kinda sheepish in her response, because I was nice about it and probably... because of the way she handled the transaction. She was not up-front right away. It was a supreme rip-off. I was stuck, and I waited for 25 minutes before being served. This package needed to go out that day. Not good, and I will always pre-print a label from now on.
