The customer service needs improvement nor very helpful. I und we are still practicing social distancing, but that doesn't mean customer service needs to br that way.

I've been going here regularly for some time now, and am always pleased with my experience. The staff here are very professional - I've been impressed with how they manage impatient customers during busy times, like before Christmas. It's a shame the U.S. Postal Service is so underfunded, of course, but the staff here put real effort into making sure things run smoothly anyways.

Have had a terrible experience at this location every single time I’ve been. Customer service is terrible and management is apparently worse in regards to appropriate staffing at busy times. Absolutely the worst USPS location I have ever been to.

I have been standing in line for over 30 minutes. There is only one clerk at the check out when there was two. With the line back to the door, the other clerk went to lunch leaving the one clerk.nnThe clerk makes the announcement that she's the only one available and that her colleague was entitled to lunch. Although, that maybe so, the second clerk could have taken her lunch at a later time to accommodate the customers.nnFor a busy area like this, the wait time at this location is unacceptable.

I won’t write comment normally but this one really bad. People rudely and not helpful. Also they work slow.
